Stirling Media will:

• Manage the deployment process as proscribed by the DCI, NATO, Studios, and Exhibitors.
  
  
• Provide for the system engineering and integration of a defined and fully DCI-compliant architecture.
  
• Develop and deploy a system architecture capable of stand-alone interface compatibility to multiple providers of content distribution in a seamless, integrated and networked architecture.
  
  
• Provide for rights and media asset management capability between studios and exhibitors.
  
  
• Provide an end-to-end digital distribution network with security and delivery warranted encryption, compression and multi-stage distribution and exhibition verification.
  
  
• Provide certification of various vendor equipment to DCI and SMPTE specifications, standards and other requirements.
  
  
• Establish and deploy a business model based upon the experience of the team’s past deployments.
  
  
• Develop an infrastructure that will transfer encrypted and compressed files to theatre-based servers as directed by each studio using the preferred carriage method of each studio to theatres and will warrant such security if provided by Breakpoint.
  
  
• Verify the transfer of the file to digital projectors.
  
  
• Verify the presentation of the film on each theatre screen.
